Shelley O’Reilly writes poetry, fiction, short stories, and non fiction. She is the author of Dying for Beauty (Montpelier Press, 2001) and If I Had a Wooden Ruler and Other Poems (The People’s Library, 2018). She was the curator of the Poetry in Motion in 2021 in which forty poems about Hobart were installed on forty Metro trains. She lives in Claremont, Tasmania and is very interested in writing about history and place.
