Headlining acts at the 2015 Tasmanian Writers and Readers Festival, September 11-13.
The third biennial Tasmanian Writers and Readers Festival, to be held at the newly refurbished Hadley’s Orient Hotel, will host many of Australia’s greatest poets, novelists, historians, thinkers, educators and cartoonists.
While we’d love to tell you about all the writers that will be coming from near and far, we’re not quite ready to let the cat out of the bag just yet! What we can tell you is that Don Watson and Tasmania’s own Bob Brown will be two of the festival headliners.
The full program will be announced in August.
Please note, our third festival headliner Helen Garner has withdrawn due to ill health.
